From sparkling kombuchas to tangy kimchis and sauerkrauts, all of their fermented delights are made locally from natural ingredients, at their eco-friendly base in Manchester. Everything is handmade in small batches and fermented for a minimum of three weeks, for the best, 100% raw and unpasteurised flavour.
