Natasha Bowes, founder of Bio-tiful Dairy, remembers drinking kefir ever since she was a child. It was partly due to being mildly lactose-intolerant, but as she got older she realised that it was helping her to stay fit and healthy too - which really came in handy while she was training as an athlete for the Russian figure skating team. After having moved to London, Natasha couldn't seem to find any of that kefir that was as wonderful as what she'd grown up with, so she took matter into her own hands, and after researching ancient recipes and current best practices and methods, she tracked down the finest British milk (from our friends at Berkeley Farm), and is now producing her own cultured milk drinks for all to enjoy.
