Rhys and Lois Morris run Tresemple Farm, a 200 acre Duchy of Cornwall tenant farm just outside Truro, where they raise fully organic, pasture fed beef and lamb and grow regeneratively managed veg. When wild garlic season rolls around, Rhys and a small team of local pickers hand harvest it from 14 acres of their own woodland, bringing the bright, punchy flavour of freshly foraged leaves straight to the kitchen table – perfect for pestos, flavoured butters , soups, risottos and easy weeknight pastas.
