Legend has it that Jun is an ancient spiritual elixir, one that nomadic warriors carried with them as they rode through the Himalayan mountains. Loving Foods’ Jun is naturally cultured using organic green tea and organic honey, instead of cane sugar like kombucha giving it a whole load of brilliant live bacterial cultures. This particular Jun has zesty lime and soft hibiscus flavours running through it, because, you know, it wasn't good enough already.

To avoid over fermentation, this kombucha must be stored chilled.

Founded in 2016 by family trio Mendel, Faye and Adam, Loving Foods craft a range of organic, gut-friendly pickles, juices and sauces. From sparkling kombuchas to tangy kimchis and sauerkrauts, all of their fermented delights are made locally from natural ingredients, at their eco-friendly base in Manchester.
