Many years ago when Judith and Clive had converted their farm to an organic system the ethos was always to preserve the life of the new born Guernsey calves. The females are reared to enter the Guernsey milking herd at two years of age and then contribute to producing the wonderful organic Guernsey milk that is manufactured into Brown Cow Organics yoghurt. The males are reared for beef, and with the organic know-how Judith and Clive have, it is now of a multi-award winning quality. It's a wonderful full circle system that Brown Cow Organics have, dedicated in bringing the finest organic food to tables up and down the country.
