Daylesford Organic has been farming organically for over 35 years, with a simple passion for real food. Storage & prep

Freeze on the day of purchase and before the use by date and consume within 1 month.

Grill - From Chilled. Place under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy on both sides.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little olive oil in a pan until hot, and fry bacon for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally cooked through.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
