No, it’s organic Halloumi (that means a little of both, with some cow’s milk in there for good measure too), made to traditional Cypriot standards by the experts at Yamas. It’s got that classic, semi-hard, squeaky texture that makes it brill on the grill, and it’ll add a touch of class to salads and sides.

Yamas is Greek for “Cheers” and that’s what you’ll be hearing when you serve their cheeses to your friends and family. They’re specialists in Greek cheese, and you feta believe that they know their graviera from their saganaki.
