This particular kimchi doesn’t contain sugar, fish sauce or glutinous rice powder (like classic Korean kimchi does), making it suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

Founded in 2016 by family trio Mendel, Faye and Adam, Loving Foods craft a range of organic, gut-friendly pickles, juices and sauces. From sparkling kombuchas to tangy kimchis and sauerkrauts, all of their fermented delights are made locally from natural ingredients, at their eco-friendly base in Manchester. Everything is handmade in small batches and fermented for a minimum of three weeks, for the best, 100% raw and unpasteurised flavour.
