A weighty red with aromas of peppery spice and wild strawberry, a hallmark of any fantastic Rhône wine, and deep flavours of black fruits. It partners beautifully with many types of food (pizza, pork belly, sausages) but perhaps best with rich organic roast chicken with plenty of garlic. Best enjoyed over the next three years.
