Bonsan believe that organic, vegan food can and should be exciting, nourishing, full of flavour, and fun. We think their brilliant plant-based meat substitutes really hit every one of those marks. They make them all with either conventional tofu or kombucha fermented tofu, which gives the food all its amazing nutritional benefits. To cook: Remove all packaging and place one portion per person into a frying pan and add a little oil. Squash with a fork until crumbly. Heat until hot and serve on toast with your favourite accompaniment.
