Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 2-7 C. Once opened consume within 2 days.Not suitable for freezing.

To cook: Remove all packaging and place one portion per person into a frying pan and add a little oil. Squash with a fork until crumbly. Heat until hot and serve on toast with your favourite accompaniment.
