Hugh Rock has been making organic cordials since 1983. All of the Rocks cordials are made from fresh organic produce at Loddon Park Farm in Twyford. The farm is Soil Association certified. They control carefully what goes into the cordials, and use no artificial preservatives, colourings, sweeteners or flavourings and they believe in using the freshest fruit to make the best juice. Hugh believes that the principles of organic farming are of utmost importance, as organic farming methods promote sustainable relationships between the earth, animals, plants and people producing healthy food and drinks while enhancing the environment.
