Deliciously tender, with crunchy almonds and jammy figs, each bite is crafted using traditional, artisanal methods dating back through five generations and over 170 years. The team create each batch by hand in a special cauldron, delicately cooking the sugar and egg whites to perfection, and seasoning their nougat with the very best, sustainably-sourced ingredients.

Perfect alongside a cup of black coffee or a rich hot chocolate for a gourmet treat on Christmas morning.
