Adults should begin with ½ teaspoon daily and gradually increase to 1 or more heaped teaspoons according to your lifestyle. Can be consumed mixed with juice or pure water. Alternatively it can be sprinkled on or mixed with food.
Serving size: 10g - Each 10g provides Vitamin B12 - 1 microgram - 26% RI Iron - 2mg - 15% RI Vitamin K - 22 micrograms - 29% RI
