Nush Foods was started by Bethany and Paul Eaton, who set out to create a yoghurt alternative that was as light and creamy as dairy. Using Bethany’s experience as a nutritionist Nush have developed recipes focussed on functional, health-supportive ingredients. Their almond-based yoghurts are thick, creamy and high in protein thanks to a blend of European almonds, fava beans and billions of live vegan cultures. As a proud B-Corp they continue to grow while partnering with causes such as Future Dreams — all rooted in their mission to “do dairy-free differently” and prove that ethical plant-based food can be both joyful and delicious.
