High Weald Dairy’s semi-soft Sussex Marble Herb & Garlic cheese is heavenly dairy, pure and simple. Each crumbly piece packs a bold amount of flavour into every bite. The grassy flavour of garlic and parsley has a light warmth to it and blends perfectly with the refreshing sharpness of High Weald’s sheep’s milk. The buttery, creamy texture of this marbled masterpiece softens quickly making it an excellent choice for savoury sandwiches, melts and rich-tasting sauces.
