What makes me special?
- Meaty and firm, with a sweet, mild flavour similar to langoustine - Like lobster, the best meat from the monkfish is found in its tail, with each one containing two different fillets - Perfect for pan-frying and serving with fresh, crunchy veg, for a simple yet elegant meal - Bottom trawled off the Cornish coast and Celtic Sea - From trusted, small-scale fisheries to ensure full traceability - Delivered sustainably to your door, with zero air miles and zero pointless plastics - MCS rating: 2-3
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Producer
Founded in 1994 by Alistair Blair, The Fish Society is committed to delivering only the finest quality fish and seafood. To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is sourced responsibly, with help from experts such as the Marine Conservation Society.
