Producer

Founded in Hackney after founder Florence discovered the bold flavour of pickle juice on a trip to New York in 2014, The Pickle House brings a fresh twist to cocktail culture and pantry staples. Inspired by the tangy, savoury character of a classic pickle-back, the team began sharing bottles with local bartenders before developing their award-winning Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix. Every bottle is crafted with care on the family's farm in Suffolk, celebrating punchy, umami-rich flavours that make drinks and dishes sing. As a certified B Corp, The Pickle House is equally committed to doing things the right way, placing care for people and the planet at the heart of the business.
