This organic soup is filled with the warming, exotic soul of East African isle, Mauritius. It’s just what a chilly day calls for. A hearty blend of organic chicken and veg, with dashes of spice (like cinnamon and turmeric) give it the ultimate vibrancy Mauritian cuisine is known for.

Producer
Ben and Rod run an organic veg box scheme down in Devon. As they spend much of their time knee-deep in fresh, seasonal veg it was inevitable that their minds would eventually turn to soup. Because they like to keep it local, and by that they mostly share their super veg with Devonshire folk, we think ourselves lucky to be the few recipients outside of the county to get our hands on the next best thing to their raw veg: their super-fresh, homemade soups.
