Firm in texture and with a rich, buttery flavour that has a hint of citrus, this delicious, semi-soft whey cheese is creamier and less salty than Feta but just as versatile. Made from pasteurised organic sheep and goat’s whey in Central and Western Macedonia and Thessalia, it is a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O) cheese.
