Pegoty Hedge is an organic farm in the shadow of the Malvern Hills and Bredon Hill close to the River Severn. This idyllic corner of Worcestershire has fertile land and lush green pastures. Young Oliver is the third generation of Surmans to farm on this gorgeous plot. He’s teamed up with a local gastropub chef to create these outstanding dishes made with local vegetables. They do not use any artificial colourings, preservatives or other ‘nasties' so they really are ready meals without the guilt!

Keep refrigerated <4°C. Freeze before use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the best before date. Once thawed do not refreeze. If this product is defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Remove outer sleeve, remove film, place on baking tray and; if cooking from fresh, cook in a pre heated oven at (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. If cooking from frozen, cook in pre heated oven (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. Whichever cooking method, always ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. We recommend a core temperature of at least 75°C for a minimum of two minutes. Do not reheat.
