Our friends at Celtic Coast will only ever source fish for us that’s rated 1-3 on the Marine Conservation Society’s sustainability scale, ‘The Good Fish Guide’, so you know that your catch has been sustainably- and responsibly-sourced, with respect for the sea. We’ve also packaged your fresh fillet on an ‘earthboard’: a fully-recyclable, cellulose fibreboard that’s kinder to the planet than traditional fish packaging.
