Sojade started as a little family business in Brittany in the 1950s, becoming organic over 35 years ago, long before there was even such a thing as French organic certifications. Now, as pioneers of French organics, they make their gorgeous soya yogurts, milk and desserts with fantastic eco credentials. Using water from a spring, they make everything with French organic soya, grown by farmers they’ve long relationships with. All their stuff is GM free, and they’ve even got their own wind turbine to reduce their carbon emissions.
Soya drink* 80% (water, hulled soya beans* 9.2% (France)), raw cane sugar*, lemon* 6% (lemon pulp*, lemon juice*, half-candied lemon zests* (lemon zests*, raw cane sugar*, water)), thickeners: pectin - locust bean gum*, lime* and lemon extract*, acidity regulator : calcium citrate, selected live cultures of which Bifidus and Acidophilus.
