Quench your thirst with Agua de Madre’s organic Lemon & Ginger Water Kefir. Lightly sparkling and flavoured with organic lemon and ginger, this refreshing and unique drink contains billions of live cultures for good gut health. Enjoy on its own or with a twist of lime and fresh mint.
Water kefir is a fermented drink made by combining filtered water, fruits and a small amount of sugar with water kefir grains. Each grain consists of symbiotic bacteria and yeast only, no actual grains such as wheat and rye. Water kefir is similar in concept to kombucha but contains different strains of probiotics and digestive enzymes and so works differently in the gut. Water kefir is less acidic than kombucha and tastes milder.
Contains trace amounts of alcohol due to fermentation. Not suitable for pregnant people and children.
