These chops come from Daylesford’s heritage herd of lambs that are given a life of outdoor grazing on lush green pasture.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.

Suitable for oven cooking. Times may vary depending on oven. For Pan Fry: Season meat and cook in a searing hot pan with a little oil for 10 - 15 minutes turning occasionally until browned to your liking. Rest for 2-3 mins before serving. Always Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked before serving.
