They believe that something as frivolous as a fizzy drink can and should be a force for change in the world, and set up their non-profit The Karma Foundation to keep themselves accountable. 1% of revenue from every can or bottle sold goes to their Cola nut growers and their communities in Sierra Leone, and the foundation makes sure donations fund social and economic independence. That’s why they call it Karma.
