Tsuyu means “rainy season” in Japanese, and when you cosy up to a steaming bowl of Organic Instant Noodle Broth, you’ll soon see why. Rich in concentrated shiitake flavour, it makes for a hearty and warming bowl, best enjoyed from the comfort of your kitchen as the heavens open outside. Simply add four parts water to one of Tsuysu, then tip in your favourite organic veg, meat or tofu, and a handful of soba noodles.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place.

Add four parts of water to one of Tsuyu. Serve hot or cold with cooked noodles. Perfect as a dip for tempura or as a base for Oriental style cooking.Even a little goes a long way.
