This premium Spanish pork comes from Señorio de Montanera’s Iberian pigs in Extremadura where they freely forage and fatten on organic acorns at their dehesa. This lean, red meat is packed with the intense flavour of paprika and garlic and balanced perfectly with fat for a succulent, juicy texture. Try as a burst of rich meatiness in paella or simply drizzled lightly with honey for some tip-top tapas.

The Spanish and Portuguese farmers of the Señorio de Montanera are proud, passionate protectors of a special way of life. The free-ranging, acorn-fed life of their pure-breed Iberian pigs is their highest priority and so these dedicated farmers decided to preserve the whole process involved. Everything from the purity of the breed, to their day to day welfare to the ecosystem around them that forms their expansive dehesas (agroforest-grasslands). This defence of organic methods and time-honoured traditions means they can proudly guarantee a meat that’s unlike anything else around.
