The tremendously lovely Mark and Ayleen are at the helm of Natural Vitality. They’re passionate folks, shown by the four gold medals they won in Taste of the West for their dips. They also are working on a zero waste policy, donating any spare food to charities and any spare whey to happy pigs.
Fun fact: Monks and scholars were banned from eating chickpeas in the Middle Ages because they were thought to be a powerful aphrodisiac. And our houmous has one of the highest percentages of chickpeas. You’ve been warned.
