Organic-certified whisky is hard to find, but organic whisky as good as Highland Harvest Single Malt Scotch is a rare treat indeed. This spirit relies on bringing back centuries-old barley-growing techniques to create a natural grain without modern-day synthetics, an organic effort that has more than paid off. Upon the palate, you’ll discover a slight herbaceousness amid the fruity, cereal notes of this single-cask scotch. Its smooth texture and bright amber colour make every golden drop worth treasuring, right down to the last dram.
Highland Harvest is one of the world's first organic whiskies. It has been certified by the Soil Association, as well as receiving the Royal Warrant from HRH the Prince of Wales. It has also reeled in a few awards, including a Silver Medal from the International Review of Spirits in 2008.
