If it's two things that were made for each other, it's cocoa and hazelnuts. One really wouldn't be right without the other, so the two have been made into an irresistible organic spread by the folks at Alce Nero. There's no palm oil, and the cocoa and sugar are Fairtrade certified and come from small farmers in Latin America. Brilliant all round.

Alce Nero have been cultivating and producing organic food since the 1970s. They're a group of like-minded organic farmers, beekeepers and processors that have always been, and continue to be, committed to keeping their fields free of any nasties.
