Storage & prep

Store between 0C & 4C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.

To cook:

1. Remove the chicken from the packaging & place onto skewers.
2. Preheat a grill or heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when you add a drop of oil.
3. Sear on all sides over high heat creating a rich, dark crust then reduce to medium heat & continue to cook for a couple of minutes more turning regularly.

Serve with minted yogurt & flatbreads.
