This artisanal hard cheese is made to a traditional Greek recipe with pure, pasteurised sheep’s milk, giving it a sweet, nutty aroma and velvety texture. Closely resembling Gruyère cheese, it can be used in cooking as well as making a unique cheeseboard offering. Our Graviera is a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O) cheese hailing most commonly from Greece or Crete. Try it in gratin or grated over salad or pasta.
