Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place.

Add contents of pack to 275ml of cold water and stir. Leave for 2-3 minutes before stirring again. Shape the mixture into an oval shaped loaf and place on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper (alternatively, a greased baking tin could be used). Brush over the top with water to smooth out the dough. Place on the middle shelf of a cold oven and bake at 200°C for 70 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool before slicing.
