The brainchild of Fiona Aitali, the long-time Chief Biscuit Engineer at Island Bakery, Sweet FA are a new range of vegan cookies completely free from wheat and gluten. After being diagnosed as Coeliac, Fiona began experimenting with gluten-free baking. Her creations were so tasty and moreish that the team at Island Bakery put them into production right away, popping Fiona’s initials (FA) onto the box with pride.
