The brainchild of Fiona Aitali, the long-time Chief Biscuit Engineer at Island Bakery, Sweet FA are a new range of vegan cookies completely free from wheat and gluten. After being diagnosed as Coeliac, Fiona began experimenting with gluten-free baking. Her creations were so tasty and moreish that the team at Island Bakery put them into production right away, popping Fiona’s initials (FA) onto the box with pride.

Oatflour**, Sugar, Cranberries 15% (Cranberries, Apple Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil), Margarine (Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Almond Butter, Carrot Juice, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Flavour, Lemon Juice), Tapioca Flour, Orange Oil 1%, Salt*, Raising Agent*: Ammonium Carbonate. *Non Organic. **Oats used in this product are gluten free and have been specially produced, prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereal containing gluten.
