Tara Taylor is the brains, the heart, and the soul behind the Good Grain Bakery. She really wasn't satisfied with the bland gluten-free and vegan breads that she'd come across over the years for her family and friends, so decided to take matters into her own hands. The result is beautiful bread that's free from preservatives and baked completely fresh in her certified organic bakery in west London.
Gluten Free Flour* (tapioca flour*, brown rice* , potato starch* , maize meal* , quinoa flour*), Rapeseed Oil*, Psyllium Husk* , Yeast, Carob*, Sea Salt, Thickner (xanthan gum).
