Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place.

Suitable for home freezing.

Please ensure the beef is cooked through with no meat, and the juices run clear. Grill - From Chilled.
Season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium heat and place on grill pan for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, season meat and turn occasionally.

Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
