This English Pinot Noir rosé is bright and fruity, pale and delicate. It's a gorgeous summertime glass, tasting of strawberries and raspberries. The grapes were picked by hand on October 18th, 2015, and they were left in contact with their skins for 12 hours, and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Oxney Organic Estate's vineyards, farms and holiday cottages are located along the Rother river valley in East Sussex and Kent. The vineyard was planted in 2012 with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc. The vineyard has two vintages under its belt - the still wines are available now and the first sparkling will be launched in the autumn of 2016.
