A dry, fruity and subtle English regional white wine with creamy texture. Tasting of English orchard fruits with a crisp toasty finish. The grapes to make this wine were picked by hand late October 2015, whole bunch, gentle pressing and malolactic fermentation to naturally soften the wine.

Oxney Organic Estate's vineyards, farms and holiday cottages are located along the Rother river valley in East Sussex and Kent. The vineyard was planted in 2012 with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc. The vineyard has two vintages under its belt - the still wines are available now and the first sparkling will be launched in the autumn of 2016.
