Entremont’s beautiful, organic Emmental is a picture-perfect cheese, gorgeously golden in colour and dotted with the iconic ‘eyes’ that form inside the cheese. Entremont craft this classic cheese at their dairy in Annecy, sat at the base of the French Alps, turning the sweet, alpine milk into their delicious Emmental. They’re the only French dairy to mature their pasteurised Emmental using traditional methods for a minimum of seven weeks in their cellars. Each wheel is meticulously monitored to achieve a uniquely nutty flavour, supple texture and the cherry-sized holes that run throughout. Add a slice to your sandwiches and deli platters or create a bubbling fondue dip with this melting masterpiece.

Entremont cheese is made with a love of tradition and meticulous care, an approach that began with the three Entremont brothers back in 1948. Together, they crafted a truly standout cheese using milk from alpine cattle and cellar-aging practices. To this day, Entremont still source their sweet, organic milk from the slopes of the Alps and remain the only French dairy to mature their Emmental with traditional techniques.
