Eggs, Free Range (6 medium)

Crack into our Organic Free Range Eggs, six medium eggs with rich, golden yolks. They're just right for a quick breakfast, a stack of pancakes, or your next bake.

What makes me special?

- Rich, golden yolks. Each egg has a deep, golden yolk and a mild, slightly savoury flavour. They're lovely soft-boiled with buttery toast soldiers.
- Medium sized. Medium eggs work in most recipes, from fluffy omelettes to a classic Victoria sponge. They're a handy all-rounder to keep in the fridge.
- Free range hens. They're laid by organic hens with space to roam and forage outdoors. Organic standards mean the hens have plenty of room, inside and out.
- From Country Lane Foods. They've been producing organic eggs for over 30 years, with a close community of farmers who share their values.
- Carefully packed. Every egg is checked, graded, and packed at their packing centre in Cornwall. It means you get consistent, good-quality eggs every time.
- Fully traceable. You can trace exactly where your eggs have come from, right back to the farm.
- Storage tip. Keep them in the fridge, and give them 30 minutes at room temperature before you bake. It helps them mix more evenly into cake batters.
