Mike Fisher has grown us the most fantastic array of edible flowers. They're such pretty little things so it's a shame their season is so short (they'll be gone come November!). Scatter over salads, rice or cakes to add a pop of colour and flavour.
The punnet will include the following flowers:
Borage
Cornflower
Viola and Pansy
Mike’s grown these especially for us as a late season trial so we don’t have a whole bunch. We want to have much, much more next summer so please give us your thoughts!

The edible flower season generally runs from June through til September and we're getting the lovelies in from Mike and his 12 acres in Hampshire (he gives us our amazing cherry tomatoes too). He's been organic for over 20 years, growing a whole host of marvellous organic veg all in the great British outdoors. When he's not farming, Mike is a bit of a DIY fan. His particular love is flat pack. His entire house came flat packed and he put it together with no instructions. We wonder if there were any leftover screws.
