Named after a small hamlet in the heart of Ashdown Forest (immortalised as the home of AA Milne and the subsequent setting for many of the Winnie The Pooh stories), Duddleswell cheese is matured on rustic wooden boards for over six months. This gives it a rich, slightly sweet, nutty flavour and a smooth, firm texture. Superb when slathered in pickle on a good Ploughman’s lunch.
