Storage & prep
As with any raw meat product, ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked ahead of consumption. Store between 0°C & 4°C away from cooked food.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before use-by date, ensure product is thouroughly defrosted before cooking, once defrosted do not refreeze
