While you may be familiar with Belgian beers, how many organic ones do you know about? They're a rare commodity. Even rarer (and even more excitingly), this beer is gluten free. Gluten free, organic, delicious, and a beer. We were lucky enough to snap this one (and their Witte beer) up! Daas Blonde is a strong golden beer, with a honey spice aroma and perfect balance of bitter sweet flavours, followed by a classic dry hop finish. A perfect aperitif.

STOP PRESS! Daas have just won a Soil Association Organic Food Award for their fantastic beer! Daas is the only Belgian beer brewed in Belgium to carry both the UK Soil Assoc Organic certification and the Belgian Certsys certification whist still upholding its Belgian tradition of brewing excellence. Daas Beers are brewed in Hainaut, famous for its fine hand-crafted beers and part of the agriculturally-rich Walloon Region. Soon, 100% of the ingredients used to make Daas Beers will be from their own farms. Due to the limited availability of organic hops and barley, production is limited to ten brews in a year. But, they wouldn't have it any other way. They believe that organic ingredients make for more delicious beers. We'll raise our glasses to that!
