Aspall red and white wine vinegars are imported from the Munoz family in Logrono – the capital of the Rioja region in Spain. We have looked at many wine vinegars over the years, but we loved Munoz's vinegars from Aspall due to their supreme quality. One day, it may be warm enough for us to grow our own grapes and produce wine vinegars to match the quality from the Munoz estate," says Henry Chevallier, the eighth generation of Chevalliers to live in Suffolk's Aspall Hall, and run their award-winning apple, cider and vinegar business.
