These Curry Beef Frankfurters are an honest homage to meaty Bavarian sausage made with the best natural ingredients. There are no secrets with these sausages, just organic beef shoulder and natural, plant-based seasoning. Rare & Pasture only use beef from cows that are raised on pastures and given time to grow naturally with a high degree of welfare. To bring that authentically Bavarian flavour, the meat is subtly curried and smoked over applewood and beech for a signature smoky spice. After all that patience and preparation, you can grill these deliciously juicy frankfurters in a flash, knowing they are as natural as they are quick to cook.

Storage & prep

Store in the fridge below 8°. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Once defrosted use immediately.

Reheat thoroughly. For best results, simmer in a pan with 5mm of water and a knob of butter. Turn frequently until the water evaporates and the sausages are lightly browned. May also be grilled or fried.
