Cooking instructions:
Shallow fry
1. Heat a layer of vegetable oil 5-6cm deep in a frying pan, over a medium-high heat.
2. Fry for 3-4 minutes, turning a couple of times until golden, and the chicken is cooked through and piping hot.
3. Remove from the pan and pat away excess oil with kitchen roll. Season with sea salt and serve straight away.
Deep fry
1. Preheat the fryer to 160°C.
2. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes until golden, and the chicken is cooked through and piping hot.
3. Remove from the pan and pat away excess oil with kitchen roll. Season with sea salt and serve straight away.
Air fry
1. Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until golden, and the chicken is cooked through and piping hot.
2. Remove from the air fryer, season with sea salt and serve straight away.
