Spoon some festive sparkle onto your plate with our organic Traditional Cranberry Sauce from Lodge Farm Kitchen. Tart cranberries are simmered with orange juice, zest and a pinch of warming spice for a sauce that's sweet, tangy and gently aromatic.
What makes me special?
- Sweet and tangy. Cranberry tartness is balanced by just enough sweetness, with orange running through every spoonful.
- Bright with orange. Orange juice and zest lift the berries with a fresh, citrussy note. It keeps each mouthful lively, which makes it a natural partner for rich roast meats.
- Warming spices. A little clove and cinnamon add a gentle festive warmth in the background. You'll notice them most in the aroma, so the fruit stays the star.
- Ready when you are. There's no cooking needed, just spoon it straight from the pot. Serve cold or let it come up to room temperature while the roast rests.

They do their bit for the planet too, with massive compost bins and a wormery at their farm for all green and brown waste, all tins, card, glass and plastic recycled, and their own packaging is reused as much as possible (and that which isn't can be composted, with the last little bit recycled). Brilliant all round.
