These Meagrim Sole fillets have been sourced sustainably and responsibly by our trusted fishmongers, fresh from the Cornish, coastal waters off Land’s End and the Isles of Scilly. Enjoy yours served in a rich olive and tomato sauce, or poach your fillets in milk, then flake them into mashed potatoes, alongside a sprinkling of parsley and lemon zest, to create fantastic fishcakes.
